Document Description
New high school for 2,200 students and 120 staff members. Includes classrooms, administration, library, multi-purpose room/gym, sports fields and parking for approximately 442 vehicles (17 off street bus spaces) on approximately 33.5 acres. Portions of the sites will be protected by ESHA and agricultural buffers. Harkins Slough Road improvements will include two bicycle lanes and a sidewalk (City will build related bridge across west branch of Struve Slough). Development will meet Watsonville LCP requirements.
