Project consists of the DTSC issuance of a new Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) equivalent Hazardous Waste Facility Permit pursuant to CA Health and Safety Code section 25200 to the U.S. Dept. of Energy and Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (LLNL). If approved as proposed, the Permit would be in effect for ten years and would subject the Hazardous Waste Facility (HWF) to the terms and conditions set in the Permit and Operation Plan ("Part B" Application, dated Jan. 2015), which is incorporated by reference into this Permit.
