Document Description
Activities include the construction of a 60-inch storm drain outfall set back approximately 270 feet from Laguna Creek. A connector ditch with a 6-foot bottom width will be constructed to connect the outfall with Laguna Creek. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is construction of the outfall and ditch, leaving a minimum 3-ft wide plug at the interface with Laguna Creek. The connecting ditch will be hydroseed. The ditch/creek interface will be jute netted and hydroseeded.
