Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0073-R2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of Sacramento.
Project is limited to the installation of a diversion weir and outfall structure as part of the Southgate Water Quality Basin. The diversion weir will be constructed to direct subdivision runoff through a water quality basin prior to entering Laguna Creek. The weir elevation has been designed to allow for runoff during large storm events to bypass the basin and flow directly into Laguna Creek. The outlet structure will be constructed to allow water to flow from the basin into the creek. Improvements to the creek will include the installation of a concrete headwall and wing walls, a 24-inch diameter pipe outlet with a flap gate, and rip rap surrounding the new concrete structure.
