The proposed action is to excavate and dredge the lower 2.7 miles of the Santa Ana River to reestablish design grade. This project is designated as Reach 1 of the Mainstem Channel of the Santa Ana River (Station 6+50 to Station 150+32). There are approximately 500,000 cubic yards of material above the design grade for Reach 1.
