The proposed project is a 249,140 gross square foot (gsf) structure to accommodate up to 822 parking spaces on nine levels. An additional 52 parking spaces would be provided to the west of the structure. A portion of the parking structure is designed to accommodate retail space on the ground floor, once demanded for retail space justifies this use.
