BASED ON VISITOR SURVEYS & OPERATIONAL NEEDS, WE HAVE DETERMINED THAT A RESTROOM NEEDS TO BE BUILT AT THE MX TRACK. THE RESTROOM WILL BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE MX PARKING AREA ON FLAT GROUND. THE LEACH FIELD FOR THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WILL BE LOCATED ACROSS THE DIRT ENTRANCE ROAD & WILL NOT AFFECT ANY RIPARIAN-WETLAND HABITAT OR GROUND WATER SUPPLY.
