Community Plan Update
Proposes to update the 1995 La Jolla Community Plan and Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan. The update would be a consolidated statement of policy for community growth and development over the next 20 years. It would address coastal issues to protect and enhance the area's coastal resources with recommendations proposed in various elements of the update.
