Document Description
The four project sites (C-1, C-2, C-3 and C-4) are located on Ledgewood Creek and a drainage canal within the City of Fairfield, Solano County. The project includes installation of a two-inch high density polyethylene conduit by the horizontal directional drilling method. No equipment will be operated within a minimum 150 feet of a stream. Small-diameter bore pits will be located within existing public easement right-of-ways. A Frac-out Plan and Procedures has been prepared. The California Department of Fish and game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0095-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Carl D. Hirchenhofer/MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC.
