THIS PROJECT INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4-FOOT HIGH CEDAR RAIL FENCE IN ORDER TO PREVENT HORSES FROM GOING DOWN INTO THE AREA OF THE VERNAL POOL (HIDDEN LAKE). THE FENCE WILL BE APPRX. 288 FEET LONG, DIVIDED INTO FOUR SECTIONS (SECTION 1=137 FEET, SECTION 2=35 FEET, SECTION 3=86 FEET, AND SECTION 4=10).
