THE PROJECT DESIGNATES AN AREA OF THE IT VINE HILL COMPLEX HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY AS A CORRECTIVE ACTION MANAGEMENT UNIT (CAMU). THE PROJECT ALLOWS TRANSFER OF EXCAVATED WASTES AND CONTAMINATED SOILS FROM ONE PART OF THE VINE HILL SITE TO ANOTHER AND ALLOWS MANAGMENT OF GROUNDWATER AND LEACATE COLLECTED FROM THE VINE HILL SITE AND FROM THE BAKER SITE IN THE EVAPORATION BASIN AT THE VINE HILL SITE.
