THE RESTORATION AND INSTALLATION OF THE HISTORIC, CLEAR SPAN TRUSS BRIDGE AT ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION FOR THE EXLUSIVE USE OF PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLISTS. THE PROPOSED BRIDGE INSTALLATION INCLUDES THE BICYCLE APPROACH IMPROVEMENTS FORM THE AMERICAN RIVER BIKE TRAIL TO WALKER BRIDGE AND FROM WALKER BRIDGE TO RILEY STREET/ SOUTH LAKE NATOMA PHASE ONE BIKE TRAIL.
