UC DAVIS PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT THE CARTS FACILITY ON 14 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF CO. ROAD 98 IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE CAMPUS LANDFILL. AN ADDITIONAL TWO ACRES IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE SITE, WOULD BE USED FOR A STORM DRAINAGE RETENTION POND TO RETAIN ALL SURFACE WATER RUNOFF FROM THE PROJECT SITE.
