THE PROPOSED PROJECT AS APPROVED BY THE CA DEPT. OF CORRECTIONS INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF EMERGENCY HOUSING FACILITIES, ONE CLASSROOM MODULAR, A CLINIC, AND TWO ADMINISTRATION MODULARS AT THE CA INSTITUTION FOR MEN. THE EMERGENCY HOUSING FACILITIES WILL CONSIST OF THREE NEW DORMITORIES THAT WOULD PROVIDE BEDS FOR A TOTAL OF 600 INMATES. ANOTHER 945 BEDS WILL BE DEVELOPED WITHIN
