THE PROPOSED BASIN WILL BE DESIGNED AND CON- STRUCTED TO PROVIDE URBAN DRAINAGE DURING THE WET SEASON AND PUBLIC OPEN SPACE/PASSIVE RECREATIONAL USES OR GROUNDWATER RECHARGE DURING THE DRY SEASON.
