THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTING A CELLULAR TELE- PHONE COMMUNCATION FACILITY, CONSISTING OF: AN 11 FOOT BY 8 FOOT, ONE STORY, EQUIPMENT SHELTER AND A 246 FOOT HIGH OPEN WEB, ANTENNA TOWER. THE ACCESS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT WILL NOT REQUIRE ROAD MODIFICATIONS OR REINFORCE- MENT ACTIVITY AT ANY WATERCOURSE CROSSING.
