A 92-KV TO 12.47 -KV POWER DISTRIBUTION WILL BE CON- STRUCTED ON THE NORTHERLY 270 FEET OF THE EXISTING BRAWLEY DIESEL PLANT SITE. A POWER TRANSFORMER AND SWITCHING EQUIPMENT WILL SERVE DISTRIBUTION CIRCUITS IN THE BRAWLEY AREA. A ONE-MILE 92-KV LINE EXTENSION WILL BE CONSTRUCTED FROM THE EXISTING ROCKWOOK SUBSTATION.
