THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF A LEAKING LINER FROM THE CALIFORNIA AQUEDUCT AT MILE POST 39.5 THE REPAIR WILL CONSIST OF REPAIRING THE EXISTING LINER WITH WATERPROOF MEMEBRANCE OVER THE LEAKING AREA, THEN COVERING THE AREA WITH A 2-INCH LAYER OF SHOTCRETE. ANY CONCRETE REMOVAL FROM THE SITE WILL BE STOCKPILED WITHIN
