EL DORADO CO. WATER AGENCY CERTIFIED A FINAL EIR (SCH: 72012008) COVERING THE EL DORADO PROJECT ON MAY 10, 1993. THIS SUPPLEMENT TO THE FINAL EIR ADDRESSES CHANGES TO THE PROJECT AND/OR THE SURROUNDING CIRCUMSTATNCES AS FOLLOWS 1. PROSPECTIVE ACQUISITION OF FERC PROJECT NO. 184 BY EID; AND 2. AMENDMENTS TO STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD APPLICATIONS TO APPROPRIATE WATER NOS. 29919, 29920 29921, & 29922 AND PETITION FOR PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF STATE-FILED PERMIT 5645, AND SUPPORTING MATERIALS, SUBMITTED TO SWRCB IN MAY AND MARCH 1994, RESPECTIVELY. THE EFFECT OF THE MATERIALS WAS TO REFINE THE EL DORADO PROJECT TO LIMIT CONSUMPTIVE ENTITLEMENT TO 17,00 ACRE- FEET ANNUALLY, ELIMINATE UPSTREAM POINTS OF DIVERSION AT HAZEL TUNNEL AND FOREBAY, AND TO STAY THE UPSTREAM POINT OF DIVERSION AT WHITE ROCK UNTIL OPERATION AGREEMENTS WITH AFFECTED UTILITIES AND FURTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COM-
