THE DEPT. OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL IS REVOKING AN EXISTING U.S. EPA HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE PERMIT FOR THE MCCLELLAN AIR FORCE BASE CONFORMING STORAGE UNIT. THE U.S. EPA PERMIT WAS ISSUED ON JUNE 4, 1990 AND EXPIRES ON JUNE 4, 2000. THE DTSC IS ISSUNING A STATE HAZARDOUS WASTE STORATE PERMIT FOR THE CSU AND TOW 10,000 GALLON HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE TANKS AT THE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT #1.
