Notes: Per Lead EIR and MND submitted The 183-acre Project will allow the Responsible Party to mine construction grade aggregate. The Project contains a total of 3.81 acres of waters, of which the Responsible Party proposes to fill approximately 3.50 acres. In order to mine the aggregate material, the applicant must first remove soil overburden to expose the aggregate deposit. The deposit may vary in thickness from 20 to 35 feet. Mined material will be transported via an electronic conveyor system, to an offsite sorting location. Impacts to Morrison Creek and other on-site drainages will total approximately 2,489 feet.
