Document Description
APPLICATION 30303 AND PETITIONS TO CHANGE APPLICATION 29017 , WILL CREATE SIX RESERVOIRS (LAKE A,B,C,D,E AND UPPER LAKE) WHICH WILL STORE WATER FOR IRRIGATION, RE- CREATION, AND FIRE PROTECTION. TWO RESERVOIRS (LAKE B & LAKE C) WILL BE LOCATED ON AN UNNAMED STREAM TRIBUTARY TO TULUCAY CREEK AND FOUR RESERVOIRS WILL BE OFF STREAM (LAKE A,D,E, AND UPPER LAKE). IN ADDITION WATER FROM HAGEN CREEK WILL BE DIVERTED FROM AN OFFSET WELL TO OFFSTREAM STORAGE, AT A RATE NOT TO EXCEED 3 CUBIC FEET PER SECOND (CFS) AND INTERMINGLED IN LAKES A, B, C, D, E, AND UPPER LAKE. THE WATER WILL BE USED FOR IRRIGATION, RECREATION, AND FIRE PROTECTION AT THE NAPA VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB. THE SEASON OF DIVERSION WILL BE FROM SEPT. 1 OF EACH YEAR THROUGH JUNE 1 OF THE SUCCEEDING YEAR.
