THE CA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS INTENDS TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM USING ONE OF SERVAL SOLAR THERMAL COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES AT THE CA STATE PRISON, CORCORAN, IN SOUTHEASTERN KINGS COUNTY. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO REDUCE CSP'S ENERGY COSTS.
