OF CORRECTIONS INTENDS TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCT ION AND OPERATION OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM USING ONE OF SEVERAL SOLAR THERMAL COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES AT THE CA STATE PRISON, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, APPRX. ONE MILE WEST OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER IN NORTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO REDUCE CSP'S ENERGY COSTS.
