THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MONTEREY AGREEMENT, AN INTEGRATED SET OF PRINCIPLES FOR MODIFIYING THE STATE WATER PROJECT WATER SUPPLY CONTRACTS CURRENTLY IN PLANCE BETWEEN THE CA DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES AND VARIOUS WATER CONTRACTORS. THE PROGRAM ALSO CONSISTS OF A TRANSFER OF THE KERN FAN ELEMENT OF THE KERN WATER BANK TO THE KENT CO. WATER AGENCY AND THE N FROM THE AGENCY TO THE KERN WATER BANK AUTHORITY AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ITS MEMBER UNITS TO MAKE SUCH AGREEMENTS CONSISTANT WITH THE CHANGES IN THE AGENCY'S WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT OF THE DEPT. OF WATER RESOURCES.
