APPROX. 30,000 TIRES HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY DISPOSED ON THE SITE. THE ILLEGAL DISPOSAL SITE WILL BE CLEANED UP BY REMOVING AND TRANSPORTING THE TIRES TO AN APPROVED FACILITY IN ORDER TO ABATE POTENTIAL IMPACTS TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT FROM MOSQUITOES AND OTHER VECTORS AND THE THREAT OF FIRE.
