THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE APPLICATION OF A NON-TOXIC (NON- PETROLEUM BASED) RESIN TO THE EXISTING INTERPRETIVE TRAIL ADJACENT TO THE VISITOR'S CENTER IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A HARDENED SURFACE THAT WILL ALLOW EASIER ACCESS TO HANDI- CAP PARK VISITORS. THE MATERIAL WILL BE APPLIED OVER THE EXISTING TRAIL AND WILL "CURE" TO THE "NATURAL" SOIL COLOR.
