THE CITY OF SUSANVILLE IS PROPOSING TO STANDARDIZE THE SUSANVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT RUNWAY TRAFFIC PATTERNS FROM A RIGHT-HAND TO A STANDARD LEFT-HAND TRAFFIC FROM RUNWAYS 11-29 AND 7-25. THE CHANGE TO A STANDARD LEFT-HAND TRAFFIC PATTERN WOULD REDUCE SAFETY HAZARDS WHICH CURRENTLY EXIST AS A RESULT OF THE AIRPORT BEING USED BY PILOTS (PRIMARILY NON-LOCAL) WHO ARE NOT ACCUSTOMED TO RIGHT-HAND TRAFFIC.
