THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION ON A GRADED BARE EARTH SITE, A 32 FOOT BY 62 FOOT GARAGE STRUCTURE, IN A AREA PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED BY A WATER TANK HOUSE, UNDER- GROUND FUEL TANKS, HEAVY EQUIPMENT LOADING DOCK, AND A CONCRETE WASH RACK. BASED UPON THE INVESTIGATION BY A CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE, CONSULTATAIONS WITH THE MENDOCINO NATIONAL FOREST ARCHEOLOGIST, AND CULTURAL RECORDS, THE DEPARTMENTAL ARCHEOLOGIST HAS DETERMINED THAT THERE
