THE SITE CONSITS OF 13+ ACRES OF LAND. THE PROPOSED SHOPPING CENTER CONSISTS OF APPRX. 130,000 SQ FT OF RETAIL SPACE. APPRX. 11 ACRES OF LAND WILL BE REZONED C-M (COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING) AND R-A (RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL) TO C-2 (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL). THE PROJECT SITE IS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY EAST OF A PROPOSED
