THE STRUCTURE TO THE WILL SERVE AS A BUS TRANSFER STATION TO RECEVIE AND DELIVER INMATES IN ROUTE TO DVI AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND COUNTY JAILS LOCATED IN N. CA.
