THE CA DEPT.OF TRANSPOTATION PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT IM- PROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 201 IN AND NEAR KINGSBURG BETWEEN ROUTE 99 AND TULARE COUNTY LINE. AT THE ROUTE 99 INTER- CHANGE, THE RAMPS WOULD BE WIDENED TO 2 LANES AND PARTIALLY REALIGNED, AND TRAFFIC SIGNALS WOULD BE IN- STALLED. BETWEEN ROUTE 99 AND MARION STREET, ROUTE 99 WOULD BE WIDENED TO FOUR LANES WITH A CONTINUOUS LEFT TURN LANE. THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD CROSSING WOULD
