GROVER ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS APPLIED FOR A STANDARDIZED SOLID WASTE FACILITIES PERMIT TO OPERATE A GREEN MATERIAL COMPOSTING FACILITY.THE MAXIMUM VOLUME OF FEEDSTOCK AND ACTIVE COMPOST ONSITE AT ANY ONE TIME IS EXPECTED TO EVENTUALLY EXCEED 10,000 CUBIC YARDS AND POSSIBLY REACH 30,000 CUBIC YARDS. FOLLOWING COUNTY APPROVAL OF A NEG.DEC. A NOD WAS FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK ON MARCH 2, 1995. THE ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT WAS NOT CIRCULATED THROUGH THE STATE CLEARING HOUSE.
