THIS SPRING DEVELOPMENT INVOLVES THE INSTALLATION OF A SPRING BOX, COLLECTION PIPE AND PLUMBING REQUIRED TO CONNECT TO A WATER TROUGH. WILLOWS WILL BE PLANTED AROUND THE DEVELOPMENT TO ACT AS A VISUAL BARRIER. THE PROJECT WILL PROVIDE YEAR ROUND WATER IN AN AREA THAT IS SEASONALLY DRY. THIS WILL ENHANCE THE AREA FOR DEER AS WELL AS OTHER
