A LARGE AMOUNT OF SEDIMENT AND DEBRIS HAVE ACCUMALATED IN THE CHANNEL OF PANOCHE CREEK AT THE LOCATION WHERE IT PASSES OVER THE CALIFORNIA AQUEDUCT. THIS PROJECT WILL INVOLVE REMOVING THIS MATERIAL FROM THE STREAM CHANNEL OF PANOCHE CREEK FROMTHE LOCATION WHERE IT CROSSES THE CA AQUEDUCT FOR APPRX. 600 FT UPSTREAM (WEST). THE COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT WILL ALLOW THE UNRESTRICTED FLOW OF WATER OVER THE CALIFORNIA AQUEDUCT AND PREVENT
