TO NO MORE THAN 2,200,000 GROSS SQ FT. AND ABOUT 1,116,000 SQ FT OF PARKING (APPROX 3,400 SPACES) THE NUMBER OF CHIRON EMPLOYEES WOULD INCREASE FROM 930 TO APPRX. 4,200. UP TO 400 EMPLOYEES OF THIS TOTAL WOULD BE RELOCATED FROM OTHER CHIRON FACILITIES IN EMERYVILLE
