The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.40, is issuing a Post Closure Permit Renewal for Phillips 66 Company Wilmington (Phillips 66). DTSC shall extend the permitted post closure management period of the Phillips 66 Co Los Angeles Refinery - Wilmington Plant (Facility) for ten years through a permit renewal. The post closure permit is for the post closure care of a Stormwater Holding Basin No. 2 (SHB 2).
