MARINE TERMINAL SEAWALL REPAIR AND DEEPENING OF BERTHS 10-7 AND 10-8 IS A PROJECT TO REPAIR AND MAIN- TAIN SERVICEABILITY OF THE CYCLOPEAN SEAWALL STRUCTURE AND ITS APPURTENANCES, AND TO DEEPEN BERTHS 10-7 AND 10-8 FOR SERVICING LARGER SHIPS AT THE 10TH AVENUE MARINE TERMINAL SAN DIEGO, CA. THE SEAWALL REPAIR WILL INVOLVE THE PLACEMENT OF A NEW STEEL OR CONCRETE SHEET PILE STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE EXISTING SEAWALL TO RETAIN A PUMPED-IN-PLACE CONCRETE FILL. THE NEW FACE OF WALL WILL BE APPRS. 3 FT 6 INCHES IN FRONT OF THE EXISTING FACE.
