Document Description
After certification of the project Environmental Impact Report, to satisfy project Conditions of Approval for the McCrink Ranch Project, the project developer (Lennar Homes) will transfer remaining portion of open space property to the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation to be added to Santa Fe Valley Preserve. Also, a non-wasting endowment will be provided for the on-going management, monitoring and maintenance activities of the open space property described in the McCrink Ranch Project Resource Management Plan. Also, the Property Maintenance Agreement of McCrink Ranch Preserve will be implemented by the Director, Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), or designee. As documented in the environmental findings for this project, no new significant impacts will occur as a result of the establishment of a separate interest-bearing trust fund for a management and monitoring endowment fund and implementation of the Property Maintenance Agreement by the Director, DPR, or designee.
