Document Description
The project consists of paving approximately 1,700 linear feet of existing dirt road within Metropolitan's right-of-way to the Temescal Power Plant to provide an all-weather access road. The existing unpaved road is steep and becomes impassable during inclement weather. The paved road would provide reliable access to the site for Metropolitan's operations and maintenance activities.
