THE SANTA MARIA RESEARCH PARK IS A PROPOSED 40-50 YEAR DEVELOPMENT. THE PROJECT PROPOSES TO UTILIZE APPROXIMATELY 1,080 ACRES WITHIN THE EXISTING BOUNDARY OF THE SANTA MARIA PUBLIC AIRPORT. THE PROJECT WILL COMBINE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING TYPE LAND USES AROUND A 27-HOLE CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL GOLF COURSE.
