A NEW LOCATION FOR THE ENTRANCE STATION WOULD PROVIDE BETTER ORIENTATION TO THE MONUMENT, ALLOW ENTRANCE FEES TO BE COLLECTED FROM THOSE WHO USE TIDEPOOLS, AND WESTERN PART OF THE MONUMENT IN THE VISITORS'
