Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0385-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Presidio RL Lucas Valley LLC as represented by pat Toohey. Project consists of construction of 28 single family residences and associated structures on an 18.87 acre parcel zoned for residential development. Project is limited to the grading of 14.5 acres of property, including permanent removal of approx. 370 linear feet of an ephemeral stream channel and 0.7 acres of seasonal wetland. The project also includes establishment of an offsite mitigation preserve to be located on the Mulas Dairy Property. The mitigation consists of the creation of at least 2.42 acres of new brackish marsh and 450 linear feet of tidal channel.
