THE HEMET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IS PROPOSING THE ADOPTION OF A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED COMBINED COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE REVITALIZATION OF LOTS WHICH ARE ECONOMICALLY STAGNANT OR IMPROPERLY UTILIZED. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN MAY ALSO CORRECT INADEQUATE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FACILITIES AND UTILITIES IN THE PROPOSED PROJECT AREA.
