Document Description
On April 4, 1990, Edward T. Bennett and Deborah S. Cahn filed water right application 29711 in order to seek a right to store 30 acre-feet (af) of water in an onstream reservoir. The point of diversion (POD) is located on an unnamed stream tributary to an unnamed stream thence the Navarro River in Mendocino County. Water will be diverted to storage from December 15 of each year through March 31 of the succeeding year and will be used for fire protection, irrigation, and frost protection for 33 acres of vineyards.
