Document Description
The Clinton Keith Road Extension Project includes the construction of six travel lanes, bridges over Warm Springs Creek and French Valley stream, a wildlife overcrossing east of Warm Springs Creek, wildlife undercrossings, traffic signals, sidewalks, drainage improvements, utility installation and relocation, and changes in local access. The Clinton Keith Road Extension Project is located within the Community of French Valley and the City of Murrieta. A final Environmental Impact Report was certified in 2000 for the Clinton Keith Road Extension Project and a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report was approved for the Project in 2006. The County of Riverside is now proposing to construct segment 2 and segment 4 of the Clinton Keith Road Extension Project in phases. Segment 2 is between Whitewood Road and Trois Valley Street and Segment 4 is between Leon Road and State Route 79.
