Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-16059-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant Riverside County, as represented by Mary Zambon. The Phase 3, Clinton Keith Road Extension Project proposes to allow development a Road extension consisting of grading, realignment of a road, and two structures including a Contech Bebo Arch and a single-span 200x124-foot bridge over French Valley Creek. The project proposes to permanently impact 2.05 acres and temporarily impact 0.47 acres of CDFW stream resources. Mitigation includes purchase of 1.71 acres of streambed and riparian habitat rehabilitation credits and rehabilitation and re-establishment of 4.15 acres of streambed and riparian habitat.
