AGUA FRIA VILLAGE HAS BEEN PLANNED AS A "MITIGATED ALT." TO A MAJOR PORTION OF THE PROPOSED "VILLAGES OF LAGUNA SAN LUIS" DEVELOPMENT PLAN. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE DESIGN OF A SELF-SUFFICIENT VILLAGE WHICH INCLUDES LAND USES RANGING FROM PARK AND OPEN SPACE TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MUNICIPAL SUPPORT, RETAIL AND OFFICE FACILITIES AND A RANGE OF HOUSING TYPES FROM LOW INCOME TO ESTATE STYLE LOTS.
