THE PROJECT IS WITHIN THE 375-ACRE EAST COUNTY SQUARE SPECIFIC PLAN, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ON DEC 7, 1994.
