THE PROPOSED PROJECT CONSISTS OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE PORT MASTER PALN TO DESIGNATE A 9 ACRE WATER AREA SOUTH OF THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD STATION IN NORTH SAN DIEGO BAY AS A CRUISER ANCHORAGE, AND THE SUBSEQUENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANCHORAGE AREA AND USER REGULATIONS. THE ANCHORAGE AREA CAN ACCOMMODATE ABOUT 30 VESSELS. THE ANCHORAGE WILL BE RESERVED FOR CRUISERS WHICH MAY ANCHOR FOR A MAXIMUM OF 90 DAYS WITHIN ANY 365 DAY PERIOD.
